Myah’s Just 4 Kids is a full time daycare center for children from 3 months to 12 years of age that has been in operation since 1999. Originally started as a home based day care program, we have continued to grow throughout the years in order to benefit parents who are working or attending school. Our facility is conveniently located in downtown Peoria in the Transit building, a 7000 square foot facility that was designed specifically to hold a daycare center.

Our staff includes Directors and Teachers whose educational backgrounds range from Associates to Bachelors Degrees in Early Childhood or Primary Education Programs, as well as staff members who have dedicated experience working with children in the Early Child Development Programs. Continuous education and ongoing professional development are highly valued requirements for all our staff members. Personal attention is provided to every child to foster their growth and development as they transition through our various age-appropriate curriculums. A “hands on” facility, we offer a full range of toys, books, games, arts & crafts, videos, computer programs and other materials that will keep your child entertained while learning.

To ensure your child’s safety, security cameras are located in every room, at every door and in the playground area. A nurse is also on staff and all staff members are certified in CPR and First Aid care.

Myah’s Just 4 Kids is proud to provide a family atmosphere that promotes relationships and active parent involvement. Our center meets or exceeds licensing standards of the Department of Children and Family Services, Safety and Fire Code, Zoning & Planning requirements, and the Peoria Health Department requirements.
